When a patient is missing one or more teeth in a row and adjacent teeth are in poor condition, we will repair them and attach a bridge of 3 to 4 elements to them, thus preserving the remaining natural teeth and replacing the missing ones and avoiding implants. A circular bridge with 12 dental elements can be placed on diseased teeth and permanently restore the function and natural appearance of the smile.

Should it be necessary to replace one or more teeth in a row, and the adjacent teeth are in poor condition, we will approach the treatment and possible devitalisation of the tooth. We will create a Digital smile design with the patient, in order to perfectly determine the shape and colour of the teeth before the production itself. Healed teeth will serve as a bridge support for 2 to 12 elements, which is made in our laboratory with digital CAD-CAM technology with perfect precision of finishing work. After the first visit, the patient will receive a temporary prosthesis fixed with temporary glue until the final work is made from the selected material. The final prosthetic bridge is fixed to the teeth with permanent glue, and perfectly restores the function of natural teeth both functionally and aesthetically.

Protocol in bridges on natural teeth

Only two visits to Dubrovnik are required for complete implantoprosthetic therapy.

On the first day, after examination, we start with grinding the patient's teeth that will be support for the bridge. It is done under anesthesia to make the patient as comfortable as possible, although the treatment is completely painless.

After the grinding of teeth a very precise scan is taken with 3D scan and it' s sent to our laboratory where tehnician produces a temporary provisorium.

On a second day a patient comes for provisorium fitting. After trying out the provisorium dental bridge patient in agreement with the dentist, chooses the shape and color of the teeth.

The third day is a rest day for patient.

On the fourth day temporary bridge will be removed and the new porcelain bridge will be checked and adjusted, as necessary, to achieve a proper fit.

Should there be any complication related to the material or implant procedure, the Dental Center Župa will bear the costs of flights, accommodation and repair work. The patient is obliged to maintain hygiene and act in accordance with the accompanying medical documentation and the doctor's recommendations. Should this not be followed, warranties will be invalid. The Župa Dental Center and its doctors are not responsible for the general health of the patient.
